Karen Brown
I became interested in human behavior at an early age, specifically, what made the difference in greater performance and effectiveness. Over 20 years as an executive and internal business coach, and my journey to the Ironman World Championships as an amateur athlete, I discovered the key is in repeated behavioral patterns which block desired success; blind spots. Using neuro-science, I found astounding results with clients changing their behavioral patterns, with velocity and ease. This is why I founded Velocity Leadership. Our mission is to elevate leadership performance and impact.

My other mission is to eradicate limiting beliefs and transform the world. I do this by writing (two books published and guested on 46 podcasts) and speaking.

In my spare time, I am a HUGE movie buff, digging around in my organic veggie garden, voracious reader and adventurer.
